OK guys, I'm dropping the dual servo setup on my muggy. I just bought a jr9000t and am going to convert this bad boy into a single high torque setup. I was wondering about the whole BEC thing, would this one be ok to use to power this baby?

Im not sure at all about the whole BEC thing, could someone please explain to me how to use it so I can run 6v into this servo to get maximum torque to it? How do I use the bec and connect the servo to the receiver at the same time? could someone explain it to me? I know the MMM only supplies what like 5v to the servos? Or am I missing something?
