+1 to what everyone else has said. Just print the e-mail confirmation and send it to the address on the e-mail. The big thing we really need is the 12 digit number xxxx-xxxx-xxxx that is generated during the repair process. The repair department can bring up all of your information and details on that particular repair request from that number.
