there is a how to post in the thread somewhere with tons of photos of the process. Hope this helps. Like I said it was real easy cept for peeling off the reflector and adhesive from the LCD screen. Got to mess with the case a little too so there aren't any dark spots on your display. Once and a while when the radio is below room temp and I turn it on there are a bunch of horizontal lines on the display from when I peeled off the the reflector but they go away if I turn it off and on again or just let it go for a minute and warm up. Small price to pay to be able to see my display. Not to mention people trip out at the track when they look over and my screen is glowing.
