Well lets face it how many experts do we really have in here as far as Lipos are concerned? Its been a huge learning curve for all of us and the technology is still evolving. If it were just a AA battery I would say chuck it, but we are talking about batteries that cost a lot of money. There may be a few guys in here who can afford to just throw part of their investments into the trash, but I surely am not one of those guys. Lipos are like any other chemical product in that they carry an inherent hazard with them that must be respected to the best of our ability. If there is chemicals coming out of a cell, than I would consider it a pretty good idea to avoid using it. If not patch it up and charge it. See if there are any issues with it, and go easy until you gain the confidence that the pack is a solid bet. Pretty basic if you ask me.
