What up guy's ?. Its been a while since i posted here. I have been riding a lot. I ride on average 150 + miles a week. I have been riding with the A group on our Saturday rides, 22- 24 mph + average & with a local Team during the week, even faster speeds . I found out during my middle of the week rides. The guys I"m riding with race in the CAT5 Masters class. So needless to say i get Dropped fairly easily
. But that is the only way i am going to get faster. I also just bout some Shimano Carbon fiber cycling shoes
