It all really depends on your driving style. If you're doing a lot of high speed runs with heavy acceleration, your run times will be significantly lower than by running partial throttle, with a smooth throttle response. It could be less than 15 and well over 20 based on driving style. Lowering the timing advance on the ESC will help increase run-time slightly. Also turning on the torque limit feature will help as well. Every time the tires spin, that's basically wasted energy that wasn't used to move or speed up the truck. Using the torque limit setting will reduce the amount of power the motor pulls, which will in turn increase run time.
Your low voltage cut-off will also affect the usable run-time. A higher cut-off will engage sooner and reduce the amount of time you can run.
