To some extent I believe the skepticisim is justified. He said it was a constant 30 amp discharge then later went on to say he used a string of light bulbs as the discharge load. That will not result in a constant load as the voltage decreases.

Not to say the results would be different with a true constant 30 amp load, but when your technique is off, it can call into question other aspects of the test.

One would figure with all the stuff he does, he would have had a discharger capable of constant current discharge (like a Turbo 35 or a Tekin DIS-350).
