You will need to do a lot to hit 100 and it will take some time and experimentation. Due to the drag at high speeds the body will take a lot of work and customization to get right. I would even consider a gyro for the steering.

Personally I would look at the 2200 but maybe even go to a 1518 or 1520 sized motor and gear up. Possibly skip the MMM and get a phoenix so you can run 8-10s lipo and then use a mechanical brake as a motor brake coming down from 100 will really heat things up.

There are several people on here that have done setups like this and you will get plenty of advice I am sure.
