Ok well I got it all in and working!! I bought a used 2200kv castle and MMM with a 4s 5000mah 25c lipo and turnigy accucell 6 charger for $300, picked up a robinson 15t pinion and an LX-e motor mount for $40 shipped to my door.
(Budget build stylie)

A few new holes drilled for the different spacing of the LX-e motor mount. As well the LX-e mount is shorter on the bottom by about 1/8th so spacers are needed or you can just get the other LX-e center differential support, I used some washers I had lying around. I soon had the differential in place, had to re-solder a bullet on the red motor wire, got the ESC set up to my TX and she was ready to go! Just need to get some industrial velcro for the lipo pack and ESC and its game on! Took her for a quick test run around the parking lot and holy hell... I don't know what settings this guy had on the ESC or if it resets itself, I dunno, but this thing just bites and goes... no standing on the rear wheels or anything and I haven't adjusted the Expo on my Tx... all the videos I saw of these on pavement stood it on the rear wheels... mine however just goes like stink... I know my diffs have a little heavier weight oils in them. I'm not complaining lol

O yeah and theres a noise coming from something maybe twice a second and increases in frequency just a little bit with added RPM's I don't think it would be the motor, maybe one of the dog bones? I know one has a little bit of kink to it but barely any.

Threw in some pictures of 1) my setup 2) washers under motor mount 3) new holes in chassis and my redneck counter-sink.
