After they've received your faulty ESC/motor the waiting game begins. Don't expect to get a confirmation e-mail that they actually got your stuff :)

I sent my MMM to them on august 17th and if I remember correctly they got the package around the 22-23rd. On August 31st I got a receipt for a Sales order which in fact was my warranty repair. It had a $0 total so no cost involved for me.

Next up was a shipping notification which I received on Sept 6th and then it took a few more days for it to arrive in Sweden.

When I filled out the Warranty repair form I specified my Credit Card just in case it wouldn't be consider a warranty repair.
