The Tekin 2000kv & 2250kv motors are meant to be run on 4s and even 3s. If you wanted to run 6s you should be looking for the lower kv motors like the 1350 or another lower kv truggy motor.
I myself have not had much luck with either of those batteries that you linked to. I would recommend a Reedy 2s or another brand 2s pack that will fit your battery location. I would definettly be looking for two 2s packs and forget about the 3s all together.
