Me too guys. -

Yea me too guys. I have always enjoyed UE in general, but Robin got under my skin right from the very start with his poor treatment of his supporters. "Mind your own business", "It's a company secret", and "if you don't like it shop somewhere else" have been his legacy for years. He has no customer service as far as I am concerned. I feel a shamed when I see people from overseas trying to deal with him to buy merchandice from the UE store and put money into his pocket just to receive his poor attitude which has always been pretty much "piss off". He could have had a very profitable company if he would have only treated people better. I was looking around in the store over the weekend when I placed my last order and man does he have a lot of inventory still sitting around collecting dust. He reporduced the easy stuff and got left holding the bag, because the stuff that is realy important he will not make more of. I am collecting what I need to make sure that my toys will have backup parts for years to come, but waiting for the day when he finally says everything must go at 50% off just to clear out his stocks. It feels closer than any of us wants to think of. I too will live on and will not lose any sleep over him closing up shop, but it is all so sad to watch him drive UE into the ground the way he has. He could have taken UE into the next decade easily with just a little friendliness and proper support by reproducing some of the really good stuff. Setback arms are great, but without chassis to put them on what good are they. That is why they sold in such small numbers. The UE Servo saver was one of his best inventios, but finding one now is almost impossible. I have stocked up on them as well as spare parts for keeping them working.
