mCX is ok but slow! mSR I didn't find to be any harder to fly and would still hover with no hands when trimmed. The mSR is much faster and you have to use less stick input until your used to it or there is a training mode on the remote that cuts all responses in half. The mSR was a little more money but came with a wall charger that would charge 4 batteries at once and came with 2 instead of 1 battery vs the mCX. Both of these are a little out of your budget but they are good helis. I sold both of mine cause I was bored with them, I have much more fun with cars, trucks, and boats.
