My calc simply displays the charge levels and power over time given the data entered. This is more for those who want more info. But, there is a section on that page that flat out tells you a general resistor to use for those who just want an easy blanket answer.
So, to reiterate; if you want those blanks filled, just follow Patrick's advice and use a 1 ohm, 5 watt resistor. Just be aware that as capacitance is increased, the charge time will increase (will be less than 1 sec unless capacitance is crazy high) and as voltage is increased, the resistor may get toasty so don't hold on to it.
