As has been discussed in your other thread, there are a few variables to consider: size of motor, kv, voltage, gearing (also size/weight of vehicle)

The 2200 is a larger motor, so it can put out more power. With the proper voltage and gearing, it should be a better motor for a speed run in an 1/8 scale vehicle. (However, if you were asking about speed runs in a 1/10 scale vehicle, the lower weight of the 2650 might make it the better choice.)
