god invented it, the usa and japan figured out how to utilize it, the chinese figured out how to make people produce them for cheap. Win Win right, like the Chinese not calling in our 4 trillion debt to them so our dollar goes to nothing and we cant pay the wealthy there to continue to make the poor produce stuff for cheap.
