month with my son/ ofna ultra diff ratio is pi - 08.02.2012, 04:55 AM

Once a year I have my older son for a month and post about it. He is 15 now. We have been beating the snot out of my e-5b and also the hyper 8.5 I bought from BrianG. The two favorite rides of my fleet right now. Thanks again BrianG, that quark is smooth.

I'm building an ofna ultra lx1-e so my boy and I can run buggies together, and jokingly I asked him what the diff ratio was so I could run the numbers through the speed calculator. (he has no idea)

Again, jokingly, my son responded, "3.14". (pi)

Well, it turns out with a 44/14 ring/pinion the diff ratio most certainly is 3.14.

We had a good laugh and I showed him the speed calculator and he was impressed.

We are having a great time and life is good.

Peace out homies
