That's the only downside to the motors/gearboxes I have, it is a keyway setup and the wheels that are on it are never coming off. The tires on it are pretty worn, but as they are two piece wheels, the wheels can be split in half and tires changed still, just, like I said, the one part of the wheel is permanently melded to the shaft.

They were out of a pride quantum blast, they are the "HD" motors and gearboxes (good for 7.5mph @ 24 volts)

Perfectly good units, they were replaced because the medical supply store that provided the chair couldn't get the wheels off


Awesome to hear about the vest. Congrats on the home man, that is awesome. I'm glad you are keeping busy. I'm just about done with an r/c snowmobile!
