Thanks guys. I had someone feel the diffs that is more familiar with the way the should feel and he said they felt perfect. The only thing I have ever run in a maxx is the UE 6 spyder diffs and I got them used and haven't had a single issue with them. So I haven't actually had to deal with diffs and the assembly of them when they were actually going to be run and not just sitting in a shelf queen. I did forget about compensating for the diffs though, thanks Paralyzed. I have a big collection of pinions, so It shouldn't be an issue. Just got back from the LHS with fluids, so hopefully I won't have to make another trip. Time to start getting the trucks back together with the new parts.
