Hi Monster,

The software guys suggested this:

Upgrade to 1.39 to see if that fixes your issue.

Our software guys think the software download may have been corrupted on 1.38 - -didn't go from the link to the ESC correctly.

If upgrading to 1.39 doesn't solve the problem, please let me know!
