Thanks guys! I got some more done and will post a update soon. I have a good pile of parts to install this weekend.

Yeah I lost my father to cancer also a long time ago. Almost 20 yrs now so losing my mother this fall was like really the wake up that everyone is gone now. Sorry for your loss jayjay.
