Hadn't seen any issue with the removable RX wire yet -- that's interesting that you are seeing it come loose. I'll have the engineering team here look at that and see if there's anything we can do to fix the issue on this side.

The start power issue is probably just that -- start power is set too low for your particular motor. Have you tried bumping it up?
