I've since to find anything that would meet my needs.

However, I did discover that my model (LX base model) does not come with a subwoofer stock.
So that figures.

I also purchased an adapter that will plug straight into my stock head unit and allow an AUX in/iPod connection.

I'm going to use that to tie me over until I find out whether the Pilot will be my permanent vehicle or if it's going back to my mother.

The real answer now, is do you think it'd be worth it to upgrade all four speakers to the Polk Audio DB651s?

I'm looking for something that will perform better, but more in the bassy department- and not so high and mids.

Any suggestions for just speaker related?
