Hi,

maybe the Castle BEC is the Problem. If the Voltage is higher (6s 25V) the BEC didn't work very well, because it has to much more to do. The electrical efficiency will go down. The difference between 6V and 25V is a lot. If the componets aren't the best in you BEC it could be the problem. I would check the BEC output Voltage if you use the 6s.
