i have this setup in 2x of my rustlers, and 2x stampedes without the FLM case. you do notice quite a difference in noise with the FLM case - they are much quiter.

Paid $45 for the rustler stock.
no need for cvds or metal yokes as long as you have the kind of diff that takes the one long set screw instead of the two small ones. Also, my slipper is pretty much fully locked and I haven't even began to hurt the diff, I don't see the need for the SS diff gear.
Pops wheelies on command. Runs like a champs. Only problem is I can't keep the rear tires glued on for anything. If I get a little happy with the throttle, bye bye tires.
