You need to use duct tape that goes inside the tire. Works like a charm!! I have got some movies of this modification;

And this is the one with tape.

The thing with balooning tires on a non centerdiff MT is this;

The front tires get bigger than the rear tires when you drive it, Once this happens, that difference in diameter will put A LOT! of stress on your drivetrain, and it also takes a lot of energy from your setup. Plust the truck gets very unstable on high speeds...

Here is the balooning of my savage tires, with a bit too high gearing..

and this was what happend when driving that truck once.. i must say; Those tires are extremely soft!
