Charge time at 1C is about 1hr. 15mins for a 100% charge (from a battery with no more capacity left).

There's a company called Dimension Engineering that is currently developing a LVC that will monitor the voltage of the individual cells that should work with 6s Lipo.

Storage is best at 3.7-3.8v/cell no-load, which as coolhand pointed out, is about 1/2 capacity.

You could buy two 6s packs and wire them in parallel, but it would be best to charge them separately.
