Well since my last post i have fixes my steering problem....
The problem was the fact that i was using the stock revo horn....
I switch to a normal servo horn and placed the link bar out from the endbell further, along with shortening the link bars length...
With some EPA adjustments i now have full steering ......

That is the whole reason why I thought i needed two servos...
Now i just have my Hitec 5995-TG installed...plenty of torque and speed...

And so far i don't have an issue with wheelies...I have the slipper adjusted so it does not wheelie.....
I did tighten it down just to see what would happen and my truck flipped over so theres plenty of torque in the 540c 9L even in its overgeared state...
Just I hope I can find the right ratio.....
