Ok, According to the diagram above.. It looks like you have fried your Reciever, not your ESC.

Ofcourse, since the reciever is attached to the ESC, there is a possibility for damage to the ESC.... But I would suggest replacing the RECIEVER first, as I believe what happened is that one of your 8.4v packs sent 8.4v through the reciever power circuit and to all of the attached servos...
