Or a "Q-tip" (term I use for elderly people with only the white hair visible above the steering wheel driving the oldest and heaviest vehicle possible). They are so lost that they don't even realize that they almost caused death. And when when you go by them honking your horn and making, um, "rude gestures", they look at you like
you did something wrong!
