a plettenberg maxximum or a bigmaxximum are very hard to turn with your hand. It pretty much depends on the design of the motor. I don't know what the reason is for choosing a certain 'resistance' i noticed the startup of the plettenbergs are much, much harder than the startup of the motors you can turn easy.
