Castle Creations Mamba Max ESC/7700kV Motor Combo

3.5-turn brushless motor
NOVAK'S VELOCITI 3.5R MOTOR (490 watts)
Some are rated in turns and some in watts, kv, etc.
How do I know which motor is the hottest? Right now I would assume the Novak 3.5R. Theses need to be a 540 can also.
