I have run with and without a fan on the Mamba. If your temps are this low with your current setup then I doubt you have to use a fan, but expect some higher temps without of course.

Funny thing is that I'm gettting higher temps with both the motor and the esc than some others with similar trucks. I think I run mine harder, or with a more traction or something... :D but it still works great even with higher temps. Still well within acceptable limits.
