back in the old days ( old school) when i got started in bl...in 2000....with the modeltech systems...which were repackaged hacker systems....the manufacturer told us to pull the red wire from the servo plug to disable the bec.... and nowadays you can pull the bec plug....either will work....but for me i have a short 2 or 3" servo ext....that i removed the red wire ( middle wire completely from and my controller plugs right into it)....this way I don't have to pull the plug or remove the wire at all.....but this is just me....and you can do either one....i like doing it this way because ...i can still put the controller on my pc and change the program peerimiters ( ie timing ect) my micro 2095....if needed...
