He hit the same thing several times (clipped it the same way) with the aluminum ones and they still look brand new.

I have had problems already with the aluminum body mounts so I am slowly switching back to the traxxas ones as soon as I use up the ones I already have. Ideally RPM should make them because there bumpers are indestructible. As far as the Lunsford I have not had any problems yet and also since they are titanium they must be stronger than alum (and lighter.) If you had a problem with them maybe it was just an unusual hit.
