set the lvc to say 10v -11v and it will reduced the power pulled from the battery thus tame the systems somewhat.

Alternatively you could adjust the throttle curve so that its exponentional thus making it easier to gadually accellerate.

You can also use the punch controll which will soften the throttle response making the car take longer to go WOT.

On the car
Lowering the ride height will make the car less prone to whellies.

I have addess some weight to the front of my losi xxxt which helped reduce the wheelies somewhat. make sure that you place everything as far forward as possible so its effect against wheelieing (read turning moment) is increased.

Doing the above will almost certainly make the car harder to wheelie.

however failing all those you could make yourself a wheelie bar.

I had an idea of using a gyro to correct wheelies by backing off the throttle when the front lifts but i suspect it would be a pain in the ass to implement.
