The 30/36 cell controllers that are currently available have the rpm limit. BK actually puts a sticker on the controllers that indicate this. They have intentions of addressing this rpm limit in the near future, but as of last week, they had not addressed it yet. I ask them about this when I speak with them (every couple weeks!).
