If it weighs 9.25lbs now you could probably get it down to 8.25 just by getting rid of that FAN. :005:

Just kidding. Whatever it take to keep it cool. But that is a huge fan.

I do like the ESC mounted over the rear shocks like that. It gets it out of the way. Pretty slick.
