Perhaps a few air holes in the aluminum it sits on could help as well. You are a special case, Daf! I have yet to thermal a warrior, and I have run 14 cells on an 8l with 45+mph gearing on a race track in the summer! I usually mount a single fan over the heaytsink(fan is a bit wider than the controller, so it blows air around the whole controller).
