I undertand & agree.
The wireless I do is not computer related (not in my division anyway). I do wireless audio & video transmission both indoors & out. Outdoors you typically have less interference & in return much greater range.
Steel, Brick, Glass, water, and human bodies are great absorbers of RF. Then you have to worry about RF interference which is another lengthy topic.
I know the Spectrum to be a quality radio. Both are nice but offer a different feel and feature set.
