that's true, but for me, i am currently only using A123's (was using IB3600's), and hope to get these 'Nanosafe' cells.
You do not really need a balancer, and the settings on the thing are very stable (meaning it's not stupid) so what ever setting you have it at, it's not changing.
For $330, it's pretty good, 0-20volts (.1 increments), 0-10A (.01 increments) and PC programmable, it's nice. You can control it from PC, you can save graphs of charging and stuff...
You can also get 0-40 volt, 5A versions, and 0-60 volt, 2.5A versions as well. same price All 200 watts
