how about this;

if that same motor spins on 35K, it would produce 70V ac on 1 phase only... not so good..

I used the same method to undo the 7XL from it's anodize; shortened the 3 wires, put the shaft in the drill and spin that drill.. I used scotch brite to renove the anodize from the can.
