It would really need to come apart for that to happen. Sounds like the velcro on your straps is not holding. Velco usually needs to be pealed apart. It could be a bad piece of material, or perhaps the material has been soaked in something making the hook and loop not connect. Email me your address an I'll get you a replacement set -
