Compared to Lipos, cons are:
-heavier
-harder to solder
Here's my list of pros compared to Lipos:
-Much more durable
-Safer
-Can be charged faster with fewer negative effects
-Lower cost (16.5v 4600mah 140amps continuous for $100, for Lipo 14.8v 6000mah 120amps continuous [Maxamps] is $200)
-More tolerant of over/underdischarge
