Good, i understand that you had issues with yours as well. Seems i am not the only one who isn't too happy with their slop.. :p

I contacted flextek about this, but at some point they stopped replying... I guess they had it with my persistent nature.. LOL They told me they did 'excessive testings with different materials' and this was the best.. Perhaps in a dry and non dusty environment, but that's not what the usual MT will see..
