With some info from mtucker and other folks here combined with some surfin', we've gone from this:

Its not been quick, but been pretty fun so far. The last of the bits and pieces will be coming this week, so I'll get the motor mounting slots machined in probably next weekend (darn overtime!) and *maybe* I'll get it running.
