The 6s is a hot motor and , therefore, has some limitations regarding voltage and applications etc.. Any high rpm motor will require the same diligence. The 6s can handle a 3S Lipo pack, but it is pretty hot and is ultimately better off with 6-8 cells. A motor recommendation would require some background information, such as the vehicle it will go in, along with the tires, terrain and ultimately, what you are trying to achieve.
