The 6s will be fine with Lipos, really! 32 Lipo on the 6s will run like nobody's business, but it will run a little hot is all. For higher voltage applications, I always recommend a slower motor to capitalize on the efficiency available, but if you simply a speed freak, then strap some voltage to the motor and hang on.
