I am surprised with this;

HPI K4.6HO 1.28 @ 19,500 rpm 64.76 oz-in @ 19,500 rpm 32,000 rpm w/ kit n/a
HPI Nitro Star K4.6 1.32 @ 22,250 rpm 59.52 oz-in @ 19,750 rpm 35,000 rpm w/ kit $200

Looks like the stock savage K4.6 motor isn't so bad afterall. The HO (High Output) isn't so HO after all, perhaps a tad higher torque, but not more hp...

The maximum torque is good on the nitro engines though.. but with BL the powerband is much, much smoother.
