Controller arrived yesterday! But the shrink hasn't been removed, contradictory to what the BK guy told me on the telephone. So they haven't changen components.
But I had a very informative phonecall with a girl who works at BK, and she told me if the Brake Fade persists, they will replace the controller for free.
